Two ways to work with us.
Both start the same way: we read what you wrote and name a price. If we are not the right team, we say that too - earlier than is comfortable.
Custom software
You have a process that fits no off-the-shelf product - or fits one badly. We build exactly as much as it needs, and hand it over so somebody without a terminal can operate it.
- A senior person stays on the project from start to finish - juniors do not take over after the signature.
- Every feature has a screen. Whatever can be switched on can be switched off, by the same person, from the same place.
- The code is yours, in your repository, from the first commit.
- Tests and automated deploys from the first week, not at the end.
A team for your product
The product runs, the people are missing. A senior hire takes months, and the roadmap waits. We assemble the team - and fit your rhythm, not the other way round.
- You pick the disciplines and the months - in a form, not in an hour-long negotiation.
- People join your process: your board, your code review, your standup.
- If a discipline is missing on our side, we say so before you sign.
- When it is no longer needed, we stop. A team you cannot stop is not a team, it is a contract.
How we work
We were here before AI.
We have been writing software since 2010. We shipped back when there was nothing to generate it for us - and what had to be done, got done.
Today AI is a tool, not the author. Every line we hand over has passed through a person who can tell you what they kept, what they changed and what they threw away. We move with the times - the responsibility stays ours.
The difference shows the day something breaks: that is when it matters whether somebody on the team understands why that code looks the way it does.

What a team is made of
You pick from the list in the form and say for how many months. If something is missing, ask: what we do not know, we say - and if it is worth it, we grow into it. We have done it before.
